Following our philosophy of always employing „naturalfarming“ and eco-friendly methods in growing our vineyards, we use similar techniques in our winery, where we strictly control the process of wine-making.
Wine and vineyards have always held a special place in our family history. The beginning was given by Prokop Marinkov, a participant in the Second World War. After the end of the war, he created a farm, including vineyards, and was imposed as a respected farmer.
Our vineyards are cultivated in a bio-friendly manner, using traditional technology with almost entirely manual processing. The methods of cultivation of our vineyards are inspired by the Japanese farmer and philosopher Masanobu Fukuoka and his “natural farming”.
