The autumn is presented by pure varietal Pinot Noir with bright ruby red color and intensive aromas of sour cherry , matured black cherry and spices.
Variety: Pinot Noir 100 % from own grapes
Volume: 0,75 l.
Vinification: Carefully selected hand-picked grapes in crates with subsequent processing at appropriate temperatures. After selection of the grapes in sorting tables, the berries are separated from the stems. The winemaking process includes cold maceration at 7-9˚C for 4 days, alcoholic fermentation at 26-28˚C for 7-9 days in stainless steel fermenters with full temperature control. The wine has been aged for 11 months in french oak barrels.
