Tasting notes Melnik 55 is a wine characterized with its ruby color and slight granite hues. In its aroma one notices fruity elements with a very delicate vanilla finish. Its taste is smooth with an elegant notes of cherries and blueberries. The finish is long and tender.
Food Pairing:
You could enjoy this wine with poultry such as chicken or duck. Other great fits are tomato sauce pasta, grilled steak or lamb. If you’d like to pair it with cheese, you better go for the soft ones such as Brie of Camembert.
